The plan was set up to conduct "Space Development : Theory & Practice- 2000" International Workshop on April 1 - 10, 2000. The workshop is a part of the YSC annual workshops program and continues the line including FPSpace-96,-97, SpaceDTP-98 and SpaceDTP-99 workshops.
